Resourcehouse, MCC, China Eximbank and China Power International Holding executed the Cooperation Agreement, as witnessed by the Vice President of the PRC, Xi Jinping, and the Prime Minister of Australia Kevin Rudd at the time, in relation to the development and financing of and offtake of production from the Galilee Coal Project.
