Waratah Coal is an Australian-based company focused on the exploration and development of major coal projects within the regional coal basins of Queensland, New South Wales and Northern Territory.

Waratah’s principle project is the ‘China First Coal Project’, located within the Galilee Basin, central west Queensland. It is an integrated Coal Mining, Transportation and Port Facility exporting 40Mtpa of high quality thermal coal.
