Appendix 10 of the EIS document was inadvertently left off the Waratah website from its release on 26 September 2011 until 28 October 2011, this has now been rectified. However, as a result, the Coordinator-General and the Australian Government Minister for the Environment have decided to extend the consultation period for the EIS by six weeks, until 19 December 2011.

In conjunction to the re-advertising of the EIS, the new time frame for making public comment is 7 November 2011 to 19 December 2011.
