Dual Listing Procedures

Waratah has been admitted to the Official List of the ASX Limited and official quotation of CDIs for shares issued in Waratah will commence on Monday, November 10, 2008.

Waratah Coal Inc (WCI) is now dual listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).  Shares in WCI can be traded on both the TSX and ASX.

Waratah Coal Inc’s primary stock exchange listing is on the TSX.

Shares in WCI can also be traded electronically on the ASX through CHESS, using CDI’s.
